赠与子女房产需要什么手续

法律分析：房产赠与子女的，应当办理过户登记手续。我国对不动产采用的登记主义，也就是说不动产只有经过登记后，才会发生效力，父母将房产过户给子女的，应当去不动产登记机关办理过户登记手续，父母只有去不动产登记机关办理过户登记后，子女才可以取得房产的所有权，子女才能取得房产的物权。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》
第二百零九条
不动产物权的设立、变更、转让和消灭，经依法登记，发生效力；未经登记，不发生效力，但是法律另有规定的除外。
依法属于国家所有的自然资源，所有权可以不登记。
