释义	法律分析：民事诉讼中证人必须出庭作证。经人民法院通知，证人应当出庭作证。有下列情形之一的，经人民法院许可，可以通过书面证言、视听传输技术或者视听资料等方式作证（一）因健康原因不能出庭的；（二）因路途遥远，交通不便不能出庭的；（三）因自然灾害等不可抗力不能出庭的；（四）其他有正当理由不能出庭的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第七十二条凡是知道案件情况的单位和个人，都有义务出庭作证。有关单位的负责人应当支持证人作证。不能正确表达意思的人，不能作证。
