释义	法律分析：交通肇事逃逸构成交通肇事罪，会被吊销驾驶证。交通事故后逃逸的，如果尚不构成犯罪，公安机关交通管理部门可以对其处以200元以上2000元以下罚款的行政处罚，并可吊销驾驶证。如果构成犯罪的，则依法追究肇事者的刑事责任。法律依据：《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》第一百零一条第二款造成交通事故后逃逸的，由公安机关交通管理部门吊销机动车驾驶证，且终生不得重新取得机动车驾驶证。
