我不知道是赃物质押给银行那怎么办

法律分析：不知道是赃物抵押给银行有以下处理方式：
1、及时向银行说明情况，要保存好相关证据，证明自己在收购或是购买的时候，不知道物品的来源。
2、将自己在银行抵押的物品向银行换回，用其他物品进行抵押，保证银行不受损失。
3、向派出所或是公安局进行举报，将相关赃物交予公安局，及时提供线索，提早破案，早日将物品归还原主。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》
第三百八十九条担保物权的担保范围包括主债权及其利息、违约金、损害赔偿金、保管担保财产和实现担保物权的费用。当事人另有约定的，按照其约定。
