公租房小区里面停车收费合法么？

法律分析：
不合法。小区物业收业主停车费是没有法律或行政法规规定的，小区公用场所属所有业主的共有财产，并非物业公司所有，未经审批物业公司更无收取停车费的权利，强行收费属于违法行为。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国民法典》 第二百七十四条 建筑区划内的道路，属于业主共有，但是属于城镇公共道路的除外。建筑区划内的绿地，属于业主共有，但是属于城镇公共绿地或者明示属于个人的除外。建筑区划内的其他公共场所、公用设施和物业服务用房，属于业主共有。
