释义	法律分析：原则上说，材料费以工人工资的方式支付是不合法的。因为工人的工资只包括工资，奖金，津贴，还有其他的要素收入，没有材料费。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动法》第五十条工资应当以货币形式按月支付给劳动者本人，不得克扣或者无故拖欠劳动者的工资。第三十条用人单位应当按照劳动合同约定和国家规定，向劳动者及时足额支付劳动报酬。《工资支付暂行规定》第九条劳动关系双方依法解除或终止劳动合同时，用人单位应在解除或终止劳动合同时一次付清劳动者工资。
