释义	法律分析: 黄灯亮起时，已经越过停止线的车辆可以继续通行，但车身未越过停止线的机动车必须在停止线内等候，一旦继续通行的，属于机动车不按交通信号灯规定通行的违章行为，处以200元罚款，并扣6分。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》第四十四条机动车通过交叉路口，应当按照交通信号灯、交通标志、交通标线或者交通警察的指挥通过。违反道路交通信号灯通行等违法记分将由3分提高到6分。闯黄灯将被视作闯红灯，也要被记6分，还要交罚款。
