释义	法律分析：逃离部队罪的刑事处罚标准是三年以下有期徒刑或拘役，如果当事人是在作战时期逃离部队的话，就会被判处3年以上到7年以下有期徒刑。已经入军队服兵役的这些军人，不管因为什么原因是不可以随便逃离部队的，逃离部队时间长达三个月以上就涉嫌刑事犯罪。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第四百三十五条：违反兵役法规，逃离部队，情节严重的，处三年以下有期徒刑或者拘役。战时犯前款罪的，处三年以上七年以下有期徒刑。
