法律分析：
抚养费给到孩子十八周岁为止。如具有劳动能力的，原则上应支付子女抚养费，不能因暂时无收入而免除其义务，应至少保障子女的最低生活水平。如经过对方同意，也可以减少抚养费或者不支付抚养费。抚养费的支付方式一般是按月支付，按月打入孩子抚养费的专用账户或在探视孩子时支付，是否采用一次性的支付方式，法院要看对方的实际支付能力，以及对方当事人的态度。不直接抚养子女的一方不同意一次性支付的，法院不会判令其一次性支付。

第七条 子女抚育费的数额，可根据子女的实际需要、父母双方的负担能力和当地的实际生活水平确定。
有固定收入的，抚育费一般可按其月总收入的百分之二十至三十的比例给付。负担两个以上子女抚育费的，比例可适当提高，但一般不得超过月总收入的百分之五十。
无固定收入的，抚育费的数额可依据当年总收入或同行业平均收入，参照上述比例确定。
有特殊情况的，可适当提高或降低上述比例。
