释义	法律分析：如果被担保的债务是借款，那就是借款数额。但担保合同的主债务不一定是借款。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第六百八十二条保证合同是主债权债务合同的从合同。主债权债务合同无效的，保证合同无效，但是法律另有规定的除外。保证合同被确认无效后，债务人、保证人、债权人有过错的，应当根据其过错各自承担相应的民事责任。第六百八十三条机关法人不得为保证人，但是经国务院批准为使用外国政府或者国际经济组织贷款进行转贷的除外。以公益为目的的非营利法人、非法人组织不得为保证人。
