释义	个人法律顾问收费标准每个律师的收费标准有所不同，但是个人如果要聘请法律顾问的话，必须与律所签订协议，因为律师是由律所管理的。《律师法律顾问工作规则》第十五条法律顾问的报酬，由律师事务所统一收取，受律师事务所指派提供法律顾问服务的律师不得直接从聘请人处收取任何报酬。律师事务所与聘请人应在法律顾问合同中约定法律顾问报酬的标准及计算依据。顾问律师在为聘方提供法律服务时，必要的交通费、差旅费等由聘方承担。费用支付方式、支付时间及减免或增加条件均应在法律顾问合同中明确约定。
