释义	法律分析：房子做了抵押是不能卖的。在抵押期间，抵押人转让已经办理登记的抵押物的，应该通知抵押权人，并告知受让人转让物已经抵押的相关情况，如果抵押人没有通知抵押权人或者是没有告知受让人的情况，则转让行为是无效的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第三百九十五条关于可抵押财产的不完全列举。第四百条抵押合同的通常条款不再包括抵押财产的质量、状况、所在地、所有权归属或者使权归属。
