释义	用人单位可以聘用失信人员。但失信人员不得担任企业的法定代表人、董事、监事、高级管理人员等。失信人一般指失信被执行人。失信被执行人，是指被执行人具有履行能力而不履行生效法律文书确定的义务。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第三十七条劳动者提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。劳动者在试用期内提前三日通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。
