释义	阻碍解救被拐卖、绑架妇女、儿童罪是指对被拐卖、绑架的妇女、儿童负有解救职责的公安、司法等国家机关工作人员利用职务阻碍解救被拐卖、绑架的妇女、儿童的行为。涉嫌下列情形之一的，应当立案：1、利用职权，禁止、阻止或者妨碍有关部门、人员解救被拐卖、绑架的妇女、儿童的;2、利用职务上的便利，向拐卖、绑架者或者收买者通风报信，妨碍解救工作正常进行的;3、其他利用职务阻碍解救被拐卖、绑架的妇女、儿童的行为。法律依据《人民检察院直接受理立案侦查案件立案标准的规定（试行）》二、（三十）
