释义	我国目前是没有出台，关于征收房产遗产税的相关法律法规的，因此在我国房产的遗产税是不用征收的。征收遗产税的目的是为了防止贫富悬殊，我国立法机关正在研究相关的问题，不排除将来会出台遗产税的相关的法律规定。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千一百三十三条自然人可以依照本法规定立遗嘱处分个人财产，并可以指定遗嘱执行人。自然人可以立遗嘱将个人财产指定由法定继承人中的一人或者数人继承。自然人可以立遗嘱将个人财产赠与国家、集体或者法定继承人以外的组织、个人。自然人可以依法设立遗嘱信托。
