释义	法律分析：竞业协议的解除：1、协商解除；2、用人单位解除。在竞业限制期内，用人单位请求解除竞业限制协议时，可以解除；3、劳动者要求解除。劳动合同解除或者终止后，因用人单位导致劳动者请求解除竞业限制约定的，人民法院应予支持。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第二十四条第一款竞业限制的人员限于用人单位的高级管理人员、高级技术人员和其他负有保密义务的人员。竞业限制的范围、地域、期限由用人单位与劳动者约定，竞业限制的约定不得违反法律、法规的规定。
