释义	法律分析：私下签署的协议只要符合法律、行政法规的规定，就有法律效力。私下签署的协议有下列情形之一的，协议无效： 1、一方以欺诈、胁迫手段订立合同，损害国家利益； 2、恶意串通，损害国家、集体或者第三人利益； 3、以法律形式掩盖非法目的； 4、损害社会公共利益； 5、违反法律、行政法规的强制性规定。然后私下签署的协议无效。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百四十八条一方以欺诈手段，使对方在违背真实意思的情况下实施的民事法律行为，受欺诈方有权请求人民法院或者仲裁机构予以撤销。
