释义	法律分析：我国法律对最低工资标准的明确规定，劳动者与用人单位建立劳动关系，可以约定试用期，但在试用期内，劳动者的工资是不得低于用人单位相同岗位最低档工资或劳动合同约定工资的百分之八十，如果按照百分之八十计算的工资低于用人单位所在地最低工资标准的，试用期的工资按照最低工资标准计算。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第二十条劳动者在试用期的工资不得低于本单位相同岗位最低档工资或者劳动合同约定工资的百分之八十，并不得低于用人单位所在地的最低工资标准。
