释义	法律分析：风险代理，通俗的理解就是打赢官司支付律师代理费。风险代理是指委托代理人与当事人之间的一种特殊委托诉讼代理，委托人先不预支付代理费，案件执行后委托人按照执行到位债权的一定比例付给代理人作为报酬。如果败诉或者执行不能，代理人将得不到任何回报;如果债权一旦执行到位，被代理人将按照约定的高额比例支付给代理人，对双方来讲都存在一定风险，所以称之为风险代理。法律依据：《律师服务收费管理办法》第十二条禁止刑事诉讼案件、行政诉讼案件、国家赔偿案件以及群体性诉讼案件实行风险代理收费。
