法律分析：满足以下要件构成刑讯逼供罪：
1、刑讯逼供罪的主体为特殊主体，即司法工作人员；
2、本罪的主观方面只能是出于故意；
3、犯罪客体是公民的人身权利和国家司法机关的正常活动；
4、本罪的客观方面表现为对犯罪嫌疑人、被告人使用肉刑或者变相肉刑，逼取口供或证人证言的行为。
法律依据：《刑法》第二百四十七条
司法工作人员对犯罪嫌疑人、被告人实行刑讯逼供或者使用暴力逼取证人证言的，处三年以下有期徒刑或者拘役。致人伤残、死亡的，依照本法第二百三十四条、第二百三十二条的规定定罪从重处罚。
