判了有期徒刑1年,缓刑2年的一般不需要坐牢,但是如果不遵守缓刑规定,或者有漏罪或者新罪的,会取消缓刑,实行收监执行。缓刑的效力不及于附加刑,附加刑仍须执行。

《中华人民共和国刑法》第四十七条 有期徒刑的刑期，从判决执行之日起计算;判决执行以前先行羁押的，羁押一日折抵刑期一日。
