释义	法律分析：由货运公司赔偿。法律规定货运公司的连单背面写到的“贵重物品损坏不给予赔偿”是无效的，但如果货运公司确能证明货物的毁损、灭失是因为不可抗力、货物自身的自然性质或合理损耗等非自身原因造成的，货运公司可不承担赔偿责任。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第八百三十二条承运人对运输过程中货物的毁损、灭失承担赔偿责任。但是，承运人证明货物的毁损、灭失是因不可抗力、货物本身的自然性质或者合理损耗以及托运人、收货人的过错造成的，不承担赔偿责任。
