释义	签完合同要求付全款不违法。对于付款方法由合同各方当时自行约定，法律没有强制性规章，所以签订合同之后对方要求支付全款的是符合法律规章的，是不违法的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百八十五条当事人可以约定一方违约时应当根据违约情况向对方支付一定数额的违约金，也可以约定因违约产生的损失赔偿额的计算方法。所以，违约金具有惩罚性的特征，它不以非违约方遭受损失为前提。一般来说合同违约金上限是不超过标的的百分之二十。但是如果过高或者过低是可以请求法院给予减少或者增加的。
