释义	法律客观：《残疾人就业保障金征收使用管理办法》第十条保障金一般按月缴纳。用人单位应按规定时限向保障金征收机关申报缴纳保障金。在申报时，应提供本单位在职职工人数、实际安排残疾人就业人数、在职职工年平均工资等信息，并保证信息的真实性和完整性。第十一条保障金征收机关应当定期对用人单位进行检查。发现用人单位申报不实、少缴纳保障金的，征收机关应当催报并追缴保障金。
