释义	法律分析：在刑事案件中侦查机关接收证据的，是可以进行扣押的，但只能扣押与案件有关的物品，无关的物品不得扣押。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第一百四十一条在侦查活动中发现的可用以证明犯罪嫌疑人有罪或者无罪的各种财物、文件，应当查封、扣押；与案件无关的财物、文件，不得查封、扣押。对查封、扣押的财物、文件，要妥善保管或者封存，不得使用、调换或者损毁。
