释义	法律分析：国家规定药品除非质量有问题，否则一经售出不能退换。药品不同于衣服等物品，有其特殊性，所以药品属于特殊商品。如果没有出现质量问题的话，药品的确不能退换。即使消费者买回去后没有拆封，也不能保证药品是否因为保管不当发生了变质，这是从外表根本无法查看的。除了有明确质量问题、过期药品或被国家停售和召回的药品以外。法律依据：《药品经营质量管理规范》第一百七十七条除药品质量原因外，药品一经售出，不得退换。
