释义	按照法律规定，驾驶机动车违反道路交通信号灯通行的一次扣六分。而在深圳市，闯红灯不按交通信号灯规定通行的，处五百元罚款，扣6分。法律依据：《深圳经济特区道路交通安全违法行为处罚条例》第十六条驾驶机动车不按交通信号灯规定通行的，处五百元罚款。一年内有前款行为三次以上的，从第三次起每次处一千元罚款;五次以上的，除罚款外，从第五次起每次并处暂扣机动车驾驶证三个月。遇有交通警察指挥的路口、路段，不服从交通警察指挥的，按照前两款规定处罚。
