释义	法律分析: 依最高法院的规定，遗产处理前或在诉讼进行中，继承人对放弃继承反悔的，由法院根据其提出的具体理由，决定是否承认；遗产处理后，继承人对放弃继承翻悔的，不予承认。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国公证法》第三十九条当事人、公证事项的利害关系人认为公证书有错误的，可以向出具该公证书的公证机构提出复查。公证书的内容违法或者与事实不符的，公证机构应当撤销该公证书并予以公告，该公证书自始无效。
