释义	冒名顶替罪立案标准是盗用、冒用他人身份，顶替他人取得的高等学历教育入学资格、公务员录用资格、就业安置待遇。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第二百八十条之二盗用、冒用他人身份，顶替他人取得的高等学历教育入学资格、公务员录用资格、就业安置待遇的，处三年以下有期徒刑、拘役或者管制，并处罚金。组织、指使他人实施前款行为的，依照前款的规定从重处罚。国家工作人员有前两款行为，又构成其他犯罪的，依照数罪并罚的规定处罚。
