释义	法律分析：冒签的合同是不具备法律效力，合同自双方签章后即开始生效，具有法律效力。如非当事人签订合同，应与代签人(代理人)签订委托书，委托书双方签字确认委托关系及确定授权代理具体事项。如没有代理委托书的情况下，冒用本人签订合同，属于违背本人意愿，合同不具有法律效力。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第四百六十四条合同是民事主体之间设立、变更、终止民事法律关系的协议。婚姻、收养、监护等有关身份关系的协议，适用有关该身份关系的法律规定；没有规定的，可以根据其性质参照适用本编规定。
