释义	法律分析：如果在发生特种设备事故时，不立即组织抢救或者在事故调查处理期间擅离职守或者逃匿的进行处罚。法律依据：《中华人民共和国特种设备安全法》第八十九条发生特种设备事故，有下列情形之一的，对单位处五万元以上二十万元以下罚款；对主要负责人处一万元以上五万元以下罚款；主要负责人属于国家工作人员的，并依法给予处分：（一）发生特种设备事故时，不立即组织抢救或者在事故调查处理期间擅离职守或者逃匿的。
