释义	法律分析: 打人一巴掌一般不会有什么严重后果，也就不会被拘留。根据法律规定，打架如果严重的话双方都会被治安拘留。刑事诉讼中的拘留是公安机关、人民检察院对直接受理的案件，在侦查过程中，遇到法定的紧急情况时，对于现行犯或者重大嫌疑分子所采取的临时剥夺其人身自由的强制方法。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》第四十三条殴打他人的，或者故意伤害他人身体的，处五日以上十日以下拘留，并处二百元以上五百元以下罚款；情节较轻的，处五日以下拘留或者五百元以下罚款。
