合同撕毁还有效吗
释义
合同一经成立、生效，即使单方撕毁合同，合同依然有效。如果撕毁合同一方不履行合同约定的义务，另一方有权按照合同约定主张其违约责任，并且可以主张解除合同。一方故意撕毁自己保存的合同书,不负法律责任，但合同是存在的，如果一方不按合同内容履行就是违约，承担相应的违约法律责任。因合同无效或者被撤销，一方当事人因此受到损失，另一方当事人对此有过错时，应赔偿受害人的损失。
