释义	法律分析: 债权转让之后担保人还是有担保责任，但是如果债权人转让部分或者全部债权没有通知保证人的，则该转让对保证人不发生效力，如果是保证人和债权人约定不得转让的债权，则应当经过保证人的书面同意。法律依据:《中华人民共和国民法典》第六百九十六条债权人转让全部或者部分债权，未通知保证人的，该转让对保证人不发生效力。保证人与债权人约定禁止债权转让，债权人未经保证人书面同意转让债权的，保证人对受让人不再承担保证责任。
