释义	法律分析：在作出提审、再审决定之日起三个月以内审结，需要延长期限的，不得超过六个月。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第二百五十八条人民法院按照审判监督程序重新审判的案件，应当在作出提审、再审决定之日起三个月以内审结，需要延长期限的，不得超过六个月。接受抗诉的人民法院按照审判监督程序审判抗诉的案件，审理期限适用前款规定;对需要指令下级人民法院再审的，应当自接受抗诉之日起一个月以内作出决定，下级人民法院审理案件的期限适用前款规定。
