释义	根据我国最新社会保险法第五章第四十五条规定，失业人员符合下列条件的可以从失业保险基金中领取失业保险金：1、失业前用人单位和本人已经缴纳失业保险费满一年的；2、非因本人意愿中断就业的，其中非本人意愿中断就业包括被用人单位解除劳动合同，被开除、除名和辞退的，还有因为用人单位以暴力、威胁或者非法限制人身自由的手段强迫劳动，劳动者通知用人单位解除劳动合同等情况；3、已经进行失业登记，并有求职要求的。需要注意的是失业金领取时间最长不超24个月。
