释义	1、离婚后，在对方实施重婚行为后的五年内是可以告重婚罪的。2、根据《中华人民共和国刑法》第二百五十八条的规定，重婚罪是指有配偶又与他人结婚或明知他人有配偶与之结婚的行为，包括：（1）与配偶登记结婚，与他人又登记结婚，有两个法律婚姻；（2）没有配偶，但明知对方有配偶与之登记结婚或以夫妻关系同居生活。3、重婚罪的法定最高刑是2年，追诉时效是5年。只要没过超过5年追诉时效,就算已经离婚也可以告重婚罪。法律依据《中华人民共和国刑法》第二百五十八条
