释义	若是一方父母全额出资，且产权登记在自己子女名下，则该房屋属于登记方的婚前个人财产，如果没有其他相反的约定，离婚时另一方无权主张分割。应当认定为对各自子女的赠与，而不能因为产权登记在双方名下就理解为对双方的赠与。因为在双方尚无婚姻关系时，即使双方是为了结婚的目的而购房，毕竟能否结婚仍有变数。【法律依据】《婚姻法》第三十一条，自愿离婚，男女双方自愿离婚的，准予离婚。双方必须到婚姻登记机关申请离婚。婚姻登记机关查明双方确实是自愿并对子女和财产问题已有适当处理时，发给离婚证。
