释义	法律分析: 民法典规定债权转让未通知债务人不发生效力，债权转让应当通知债务人，没有通知的，该转让行为对债务人无效，转让的通知不可以撤销，除非取得受让人的同意。且债权转让的，其从权利也一并转让。法律依据:《《中华人民共和国民法典》》第五百四十六条【债权转让通知】债权人转让债权，未通知债务人的，该转让对债务人不发生效力。债权转让的通知不得撤销，但是经受让人同意的除外。
