释义	法律分析：住院发票丢失了可以去医院补发票复印件，加盖医院印章，医保还是能报销的。法律依据：《财政部、卫生部关于印发的通知》第二十四条医疗机构开具医疗收费票据时，应当全部联次一次、如实填写，做到字迹清楚，内容完整、真实，印章齐全，各联次内容和金额一致。填写错误的，应另行填写。因填写错误、医疗退款等原因作废的票据，应加盖作废戳记或者注明“作废”字样，并完整保存全部联次，不得私自销毁。
