释义	法律分析：非法同住不会坐牢。非法同居是指男女双方未办结婚登记手续即以夫妻名义同居生活，群众也认为是夫妻关系的一种同居行为。若是有配偶者与他人以夫妻名义共同生活一起的构成重婚罪，会要坐牢，处二年以下有期徒刑或者拘役。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第十四条明知自己的行为会发生危害社会的结果，并且希望或者放任这种结果发生，因而构成犯罪的，是故意犯罪。故意犯罪，应当负刑事责任。第二百五十八条有配偶而重婚的，或者明知他人有配偶而与之结婚的，处二年以下有期徒刑或者拘役。
