释义	法律分析：体罚或变相体罚侵犯了学生的人格尊严，人格尊严是公民的一项基本权利。体罚，是指通过对人身体的责罚，特别是造成疼痛，来进行惩罚或教育的行为，如殴打、罚站、下蹲、超过身体极限的运动、刮脸、打撕嘴巴等行为。变相体罚，是指采取其它间接手段，对学生肉体和精神实施惩戒并使其受到伤害的行为，如劳动惩罚、抄过量作业、脸上写字、讽刺挖苦、谩骂、烈日下暴晒等行为。法律依据：《中华人民共和国宪法》第三十八条中华人民共和国公民的人格尊严不受侵犯，禁止用任何方法对公民进行侮辱、诽谤和诬告陷害。
