释义	法律分析: “不可抗力条款”是一条长期存在于合同中却很少为人所问津的条款。所谓不可抗力，是指合同订立时不能预见、不能避免并不能克服的客观情况。包括自然灾害、如台风、地震、洪水、冰雹；政府行为，如征收、征用；社会异常事件，如罢工、骚乱三方面。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百八十条因不可抗力不能履行民事义务的，不承担民事责任。法律另有规定的，依照其规定。
