商标续展不通过的原因有哪些？ |

注册商标的有效期为十年，只有通过商标续展才能延续商标专用权，尤其是已经有商业价值的商标，更是需要商标续展。有很多人在商标快到期的时候提出商标续展申请，但是却被驳回。
1、商标有效期到了，虽然有不少人知道要进行商标续展，但是对于时间可能了解的不太清楚，大概估计的一个续展时间，所以可能当事人提交申请的时候刚好过了续展期期限了，那么就会被商标局驳回。
2、商标续展资料不齐全，如果在递交商标续展资料的时候没有按照规定的要求填写，同时续展的商标比较多，就很容易出错，所以也会被商标局驳回。
一、办理商标续展的手续是怎样的？
(一)准备申请书件
1、应提交的申请书件为：
(1)《商标续展注册申请书》
(2)申请人的身份证明文件(复印件)
(3)委托代理的提交《代理委托书》，直接在受理大厅办理的提交经办人的身份证复印件
(4)注册证复印件
(5)申请文件为外文的，还应提供经翻译机构签章确认的中文译本
2、提交申请书件
(1)申请人直接到商标注册大厅来办理的，申请书件准备就绪后，在商标注册大厅的受理窗口提交，由窗口的工作人员确认该申请书件是否合格。
(2)委托商标代理机构办理的，由该商标代理机构将申请书件送达商标局。
3、缴纳续展规费
一份续展注册申请需缴纳规费为：纸质申请(按类别)500元，接受网上发文的网上申请(按类别)450元。如果是在期限届满的六个月宽展期内提交续展注册申请的，还需缴纳延迟费，延迟费规费为：纸质申请(按类别)250元，接受网上发文的网上申请(按类别)225元。
