民法典承诺书是否具有合同的效力
释义
法律分析：承诺书实际上是合同的一种，当然具有法律效力。有效的承诺书必须同时满足以下三个条件：1、是当事人真实意愿的反映。2、没有违反相关法律规定；3、没有侵犯他人利益。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第四百八十四条，以通知方式作出的承诺，生效的时间适用本法第一百三十七条的规定。
承诺不需要通知的，根据交易习惯或者要约的要求作出承诺的行为时生效。
