释义	商品房的面积包括辅助面积、居住面积、使用面积、建筑面积以及住宅的公用面积。【法律依据】《商品房销售管理办法》第十八条规定，商品房销售可以按套（单元）计价，也可以按套内建筑面积或者建筑面积计价。商品房建筑面积由套内建筑面积和分摊的共有建筑面积组成，套内建筑面积部分为独立产权，分摊的共有建筑面积部分为共有产权，买受人按照法律、法规的规定对其享有权利，承担责任。按套（单元）计价或者按套内建筑面积计价的，商品房买卖合同中应当注明建筑面积和分摊的共有建筑面积。
