释义	抢劫信用卡不使用的，不能定抢劫罪。抢劫信用卡并使用的，要根据是当场使用、事后使用，还是既当场使用又事后使用作不同的定性和处理。当场使用所抢得的信用卡的，应定抢劫罪；事后使用的，应定信用卡诈骗罪；既当场使用又事后使用的，则应定抢劫罪和信用卡诈骗罪，并实行数罪并罚。犯抢劫罪的，一般处三年以上十年以下有期徒刑，并处罚金；有下列严重情形之一的，处十年以上有期徒刑、无期徒刑或者死刑，并处罚金或者没收财产；但是也会根据不同的情形进行量刑，分为普通处罚情形、加重处罚情形。
