释义	国有公司、企业、事业单位的工作人员，严重不负责任，涉嫌下列情形之一的，应予立案追诉:(一)造成国家直接经济损失数额在五十万元以上的;(二)造成有关单位破产，停业、停产一年以上，或者被吊销许可证和营业执照、责令关闭、撤销、解散的;(三)其他致使国家利益遭受重大损失的情形。法律依据《最高人民检察院公安部关于公安机关管辖的刑事案件立案追诉标准的规定（二）》第十五条
