释义	法律分析：共同借款人，对债权人来说，负连带责任，即是债权人可以向任何一个人主张全部的债权，而任何一方均不能以他们之间内部对债务的分配协议对抗债权人的主张。担保人有一般担保人和连带担保人两种。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第六百九十九条同一债务有两个以上保证人的，保证人应当按照保证合同约定的保证份额，承担保证责任；没有约定保证份额的，债权人可以请求任何一个保证人在其保证范围内承担保证责任。
