释义	撤诉后，如果纠纷还没有解决，可以再次起诉。起诉没有时间间隔限制，即法院裁定准许撤诉后，即可以再次起诉。但是，对于离婚案件，撤诉后，没有新情况、新理由，六个月内起诉的，法院将不予受理。法律依据：《最高法院关于适用民事诉讼法的解释》第二百一十四条原告撤诉或者人民法院按撤诉处理后，原告以同一诉讼请求再次起诉的，人民法院应予受理。原告撤诉或者按撤诉处理的离婚案件，没有新情况、新理由，六个月内又起诉的，比照民事诉讼法第一百二十四条第七项的规定不予受理。
